sinking funds are introduced. We are improving the way we report on all facets of programmed maintenance
works. Include roof reports, cleaning of gutters, inspecting and reporting on all trip hazards
as in foot paths, stairs, balconies etc. As this has become more regulated industry, we are up to date with all compliance issues.
Aged Care
JLG maintenance service have proved to benefit both the client as well as the broker and insurance company.
We take care of all the reports, quotes and delivery of works that are required as soon as practical.
As we are on most of the insurance building panels, if the claim is related to storm, flood, fire damage, we can
forward all correspondence directly to the relevant insurance companies. This enables the Village manager to
continue with managing the facility knowing that JLG will coordinate with the broker and insurance company
as a one stop shop.
Mortgagee Refurbishment
JLG assists many finance institutions at all levels whether it is changing the locks,
completing a half built project, or reinstating damage caused by other parties. We have
the capability to provide cost effective solutions to allow the premises to be sold at mortage
auction to allow maximum return for our clients. We also have the ability to determine what is
and what isn't required very quickly with the most cost effective methods. We can organise
all certifications for plumbing, electrical and building inspections even if
JLG did not carry out the works. We have the resources to manage this process to
minimise your time restraints and maximise the return on investment.
Building Assessment Reports
We offer a variety of Building Assessment reports, tailored to suit your needs.
These reports can be general or specific and can encompass Structural Engineer's or other specialists' input as required.
All our reports include digital photographs. One of the services we also offer to Insurance Companies is a detailed
report encompassing causes, extent of damage and detailed building rectification scopes / quotes for properties following
Building Insurance Claims. This service has been extensively utilised with great success by several of our Insurance Company Clients over
